Eva is a San Francisco-based photographer who creates prints, postcards, and stickers of her images and art. She has an eye for nature and a heart for social justice.
This month, Eva is sharing a Black History Month project that she has pored over. She’s curated a list of nearly 250 books (for babies up to young adults) written and illustrated by Black authors and artists. She is endlessly knowledgeable and we are so grateful that she has shared it.
Eva is part of our Small Shop Initiative and we include her artwork in our curated Porch Drop boxes.
Part of how we honor Black History this month and always is to compensate Black people for their knowledge and time. If you learn from Eva and rely on her as a resource, please make a donation to her Venmo or PayPayl account.
